Kamala Harris, US Vice President has urged young Africans to try to contribute their fair share to the continent’s development.
Kamala Harris is hopeful that this will contribute to the mission of realizing Africa’s great potential and its role in molding the world’s future.
She made this statement to the hundreds of people who had gathered in Accra’s Black Star Square to attend her public lecture.
She is currently on a one-week trip to Ghana and two additional African countries, Tanzania and Zambia.
“All of this is to say that you, especially the young leaders here, have a role to play, and we all have a role to play.
Let us, therefore, dream with ambition and lead with conviction,” she urged.

student and scientist, athletes and artists, farmers and fishers and the young innovators who will solve problems that we haven’t yet identified with solutions.
We can’t even yet imagine,” she added.
