A male level 200 student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) studying Industrial Art reportedly died after falling from the 4th floor of his hostel on Friday, February 17, 2023.
According to Voice of KNUST, a university media agency, the student fell while attempting to jump from one balcony to another.

According to reports, they were smoking and someone reported them, so the security men came to knock on their door.
He was attempting to escape from his balcony to the next when his hand slipped and he fell to the ground from the 4th floor of the Ultimate hostel formerly known as Evandy-Bomso.
